Why should I get a membership?
Routine treatments provide the best results and our memberships afford exclusive discounts which translate to significant savings over the course of multiple treatments.

Do I need to be a member to come in?
No. Anyone can book an appointment from our menu of treatments. Being a member affords savings on select treatments and other benefits if you come in regularly.

How long is the membership?
This membership is charged monthly on the first of the month. We do require a 4 month minimum commitment when starting.

Can I join both membership programs?
Yes. The Defy Annual Membership pairs beautifully with the Monthly Facial Membership! We are working on some extra perks for our loyal patients participating in both memberships!

Can I combine my membership discounts with other offers?
Offers can be combined if indicated in the terms and conditions of the coupon or promotion. We also have exclusive member-only offers and promotions provided seasonally to enhance member savings.

Can I cancel my membership?
While we'll miss you dearly - yes, you can cancel your membership after your 4 month commitment. We require 30 days written notice.
