Return Policy

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION

We want you to love your Defy Aesthetic products as much as we do. In the event that you don't, we want to make things right by accommodating a product return or exchange. You may also place an order that you wish to cancel or modify.

PRODUCT RETURNS

You can return new, unopened products by mail or in-store up to 30 days from purchase and opened, minimally used products up to 15 days from purchase. To return by mail, please initiate a return merchandise request by sending an email to  with your name, order information and reason for return. We will reply confirming receipt of the return and include directions on how to properly mail back your product(s). Please note that you will be responsible for return postage unless you have received an unusable or malfunctioning product. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the products to ensure they are new and unopened or minimally used before processing a refund to your original payment method.

To return in-store, simply visit DEFY Aesthetic and your refund will be processed to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned product(s). Please allow 7-14 days to receive the refund transaction.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

You can exchange new, unopened products by mail or in-store up to 30 days from purchase and opened, minimally used products up to 15 days from purchase. To exchange by mail, please initiate an exchange merchandise request by sending an email to  with your name, order information and reason for exchange. We will reply confirming receipt of the exchange and include directions on how to properly mail back your product(s). Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will inspect the products to ensure they are new and unopened or minimally used before processing an exchange. To exchange in-store, simply visit DEFY Aesthetic and your exchange will be processed upon receipt of the original product(s).

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can request to cancel an order after it has been placed by sending an email to  with your name, order information and request for cancellation. We cannot guarantee that your order will be successfully cancelled since order fulfillment begins within 6-12 hours of being placed. The sooner your cancel your order, the better chance you have of a successful cancellation. We will reply to your cancellation request if we were or were not successful cancelling the order.
