Do I need to be a member to come in?
No. Anyone can book an appointment from our menu of treatments. Being a member affords savings on select treatments and other benefits if you come in regularly.

How long is each membership?
Each membership is 12 months long and renews annually on your sign-up date. We'll let you know ahead of time that your membership is about to renew.

Can I join both membership programs?
Yes! The Defy Annual Membership pairs beautifully with the Monthly Facial Membership. We’re working on some really special perks for our loyal patients who partake in both memberships!

Can I combine my membership discounts with other offers?
Offers can be combined if indicated in the terms and conditions of the coupon or promotion. We also have exclusive member-only offers and promotions provided seasonally to enhance member savings.

Can I cancel my membership?
While we'll miss you dearly - yes, you can cancel your membership at any time and your renewal will not be processed for the following year. However, your previous annual fee is nonrefundable
